1911 Government Classic Panel
The original Colt Government 1911 model has been duplicated by many other manufacturers and exists under other names including: Full Size, Standard, and Commander.
As a general rule, ALTAMONT® 1911 Full Size panels will fit all full size guns made by other manufacturers. You may want to measure the space between screws to make sure you have a Full Size 1911. If your 1911 is 3 1/16" between screws, then it is Full Size. If your 1911 is 2 11/16" between screws, then it is a Compact, Officer, or Defender 1911 and we do offer grips HERE for it.

Scrimshaw
Scrimshaw is a particularly American art form. It started with whalers engraving whale ivory on long voyages, but soon was adapted to etch and enhance pistol grips for special guns. Scrimshaw is cut into the grip and then the cuts are inked. This wears well. Usually only the right side of the grips is scrimshawed, especially if the other side will be in the holster, but both sides can be done if desired.
